Location: Central Pinklao, Bangkok
This position will require relocation to Cambodia in the future.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and process insertion orders (IOs) between sales teams, clients, and ad operations to ensure timely and accurate campaign activation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, media planning, creative, billing) to gather campaign requirements and confirm deliverables.
- Input and maintain campaign details across internal systems (e.g., order management platforms, ad servers, CRM tools).Ensure all necessary documentation, pricing, flight dates, targeting, and creative assets are correctly recorded and approved.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance to ensure delivery aligns with the IO terms and client expectations.
- Work closely with finance/billing teams to validate campaign details for invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Troubleshoot any discrepancies in campaign data, reporting, or billing and resolve with the appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate records and organize all client and campaign-related documentation.-Requirements:13 years of experience in digital advertising, media planning, ad operations, or sales support.
- Understanding of the digital media ecosystem, including ad trafficking, delivery, and reporting.
- Familiarity with insertion order workflows, campaign management systems, and billing reconciliation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce, Operative.
- One, Prisma, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across departments and with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.-
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working at a digital media agency, publisher, or ad tech platform.
- Familiarity with ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Campaign Manager 360).Basic knowledge of ad tags, pixels, and tracking implementation.
- Understanding of billing cycles, media math, and revenue recognition processes
