(Second consider China, India, and Pakistan)
-Work Location:Dubai
-Language: Indonesian (Bahasa) Preferred / English (mandatory, client-facing) / Chinese is a plus.
-Salary: USD 640 / month (IDR 10,000,000)

Indonesian candidates: Bank transfer
Non-Indonesian candidates: USDT
-Bonuses:
Holiday bonus: 1 month salary (prorated if <1 year)
Annual bonus: up to 1 month salary (performance-based)

As team grows workload will decrease + 1 day off per week

Role Overview-
Responsible for providing IT support to B2B clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, timely responses to client inquiries, and effective handling of issues. The role also supports new client onboarding, testing, and documentation to ensure services are delivered accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide IT support to B2B clients
Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
Troubleshoot system and operational issues
Support client onboarding, testing, and system setup
Verify and check data via system panels or dashboards
Maintain documentation and internal records
Ensure stable and smooth daily operations
Technical Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (or equivalent tools) for data checking and basic analysis
Comfortable working with documents, reports, and admin systems/panels
Ability to read, verify, and validate data accurately
Basic understanding of IT systems and workflows
Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience
Experience in iGaming / online gaming industry is a strong plus
Willing to work overtime or night shifts when required
Requirements-

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
Able to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
Able to work independently and as part of a team
iGaming experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Education background is flexible; practical experience is prioritized
