Location: Fully Remote (with occasional business travel as required)
Compensation: Flexible / Negotiable
Up to NT$1,500,000 per year in principle, adjusted based on candidate's experience and capabilities. Open to discussion.

Position Overview
This role will work closely with senior management and act as a cross-functional connector across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Business Development teams. The Business Assistant will support and drive cross-departmental and international projects, providing high-level administrative and operational support to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • External Coordination & Communication: Liaise with law firms, consultants, business partners, and other external stakeholders.
  • Internal Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive coordination across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to advance company initiatives.
  • Project Management: Support or lead cross-departmental projects, ensuring timely progress and delivery quality.
  • Market & Industry Research: Monitor industry trends and market developments, compile insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Business Development Support: Assist in contract coordination, partner management, and other BD-related activities.
  • International Representation: Represent the company at international conferences and exhibitions (Europe / US / Africa).
  • General Support: Perform other business assistant duties to support overall company operations.



Requirements
Language

  • Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (advanced level — listening, speaking, reading, writing)

Education
Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Law, Finance, Economics, or related fields

  • Graduate of a top-tier Taiwanese public university or overseas university
  • Overseas Master's degree (minimum 1 year program) preferred

Experience
Minimum 3 years of total professional experience
At least 1–2 years of experience in one of the following:

  • Top 5 accounting firms in Taiwan
  • Law firms
  • Tax / financial advisory firms
  • Management consulting firms
  • Gaming / iGaming industry

Skills & Personal Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
  • High resilience, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Preference: Female candidates under 30 years old — exceptional candidates outside this range will also be considered
  • Comfortable with flexible working hours and on-call availability (no fixed office hours)

Other Conditions

  • No Taiwan Labor Insurance provided — candidate is responsible for arranging their own insurance
  • Salary paid in USDT — converted at end-of-month exchange rate; payment processed around the 10th of each month
