Game Frontend Engineer (Cocos)

Location: Vietnam,Ho Chi Minh
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (996 schedule)
Nationality Requirement: Taiwan or China
Salary: USD $5,000+ per month (adjustable based on experience and capability, relocation allowance included)
Languages: Chinese & English preferred

Compensation & Benefits: 

• Overtime pay provided in accordance with local labor laws.
  Rest leave: 8 days in Taiwan after every 3 months in Vietnam.

  Visa, medical insurance, and round-trip flight reimbursements provided.

Responsibilities-

• Review outsourced games and code to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
  
  
• Optimize game UI and visual effects to deliver smooth and engaging player experiences.
  
  
• Improve game performance, including loading speed and runtime efficiency.
  
  
• Participate in game product design discussions and provide technical feasibility recommendations.
  
  
• Research and apply new Cocos-related technologies for continuous product iteration and improvement.

Requirements-

• 2+ years of experience with Cocos Creator or Cocos2d-x.
  Experience in slot game development is highly preferred.
  
  
• Prior involvement in complete game development projects is a strong plus.
  
  
• Solid knowledge of resource management, animation systems, and event mechanisms in game development.
  
  
• Strong cross-team communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with art, design, and backend teams.
  
  
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results quickly.
  
  
• Experience in online or mobile game development is a significant advantage.
