Location: Brazil (friendly with travel as required)Language Requirement: Portuguese, English (also can speak Chinese will be good)

Primary Regions of Responsibility:
Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, and other potential markets

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience working at a major i-gaming company in Europe or Latin America Team management experience is a strong plus Familiarity with the Brazilian iGaming industry, including marketing, operational standards, and regulatory compliance
  2. Strong strategic thinking, business development, and negotiation skills
  3. Fluent in Portuguese, with strong English communication skills
  4. Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration abilities; resilient and execution-focused
  5. Ability to work remotely with flexibility for travel as needed

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and negotiate B2B business partnerships, identifying new collaboration opportunities
  2. Plan and organize comprehensive online and offline marketing activities
  3. Create and implement go-to-market and business growth strategies tailored to the local market
  4. Work closely with legal, product, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with local regulations and market requirements
  5. Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor dynamics, and regulatory updates across Latin America
  6. Compile and analyze marketing data to track brand performance and campaign effectiveness
  7. Promote and enhance the companys brand presence through the official website
  8. Research and share industry insights, seminars, and exhibition opportunities; actively participate in marketing events and maintain client relationships
  9. Coordinate with internal teams based on project needs across departments
