Executive Assistant

Nationality: Taiwanese
Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese ; additional language proficiency is a plus.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasksit's an opportunity to be deeply involved in business operations, project management, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level support in digital marketing, business meetings, finance, and legal related projects.

• Coordinate and track progress on cross-functional projects across teams.
• Conduct research and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in a corporate/startup environment, preferably within internet, gaming, or technology sectors.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Preferably with experience in any of the following areas: digital marketing, finance, legal, consulting, or product management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in a fast-moving environment.
