Location: Vietnam,Ho Chi Minh
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (996 schedule)
Nationality Requirement: Taiwan or China
Age Requirement: Under 35 years old
Salary: TWD 120,000 150,000 per month (approx.USD 3,700 4,700, including relocation allowance)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Overtime pay in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Rest leave: 8 days in Taiwan after every 3 months in Vietnam.
  • Accommodation: Company-arranged single-room dormitory (self-arranged housing at own cost).

Responsibilities-

  • Client & Business Management
  • Manage iGaming B2B operations with a focus on slot game products.
  • Maintain, grow, and expand B2B partner relationships to ensure long-term 
  • cooperation and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate regularly with international clients, resolve issues, and provide professional business support.
  • Product & Technical Coordination
  • Support clients with slot game product integration and launch, including requirement validation, technical coordination, and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, product, marketing) to ensure timely launch and continuous product optimization.Data Analysis & Optimization
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance data, including player activity, turnover, and retention rates.
  • Provide optimization strategies for slot products and marketing campaigns based on data insights.
  • Plan and execute market-specific activities to increase game revenue and user engagement.Operations & Market Strategy
  • Track post-launch performance and plan promotional campaigns (e.g., tournaments, reward programs, special offers) to boost engagement and revenue.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to define differentiated business and operational strategies.
  • Assist partners in developing marketing initiatives to enhance brand influence and market share.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration & Project Execution
  • Work with product, technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Act as a liaison to drive requirements into action and deliver timely feedback on market and client needs.

Requirements-

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in iGaming B2B / Slot game operations.
    Fluent in English, able to communicate independently with international clients.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B operations, with proven skills in client management and data analysis.

  • Experience in game lifecycle management, including post-launch optimization and campaign execution.

  • Familiar with key metrics (turnover, retention, conversion rate, ARPU) and capable of proposing actionable improvement plans.

  • Strong cross-department collaboration and project management skills, able to perform under high-pressure, multitasking environments.
