Project Manager (Taipei)

Salary: NTD 60,000 80,000 (approximately USD $ depending on exchange rate)

Position Overview-

Responsible for planning, execution, and coordination of B2B iGaming product projects. Ensure smooth product development, launch, and ongoing operations while maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

Job Description

1. Utilize project management tools to track and control project progress.
2. Coordinate cross-department collaboration, including planning, probability/analytics, art, animation, frontend, backend, QA, and operations.
3. Organize and maintain project documentation (requirements documents, art assets, technical documents, meeting notes, etc.).

Key Responsibilities-

• Develop project plans and manage schedules, costs, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with development, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Collect, analyze, and implement B2B client requirements to ensure product features align with client needs.
• Monitor project risks and propose timely improvement solutions.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to management.
• Assist in product testing, launch, and post-launch issue tracking.

Requirements-

• 2+ years of project management experience in iGaming or online gaming (B2B preferred).
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good command of English.

Other Requirements

1. Familiar with project management tools such as Notion, Jira, Trello, etc.
2. Familiar with Agile (Scrum) development processes.
3. Experience participating in game product projects is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with iGaming product development cycles.
• Experience in product or gaming platform launches.
