Working Arrangement
This is an onsite position. The initial work location will be in Taiwan. At a later stage, the position will be based onsite in Malaysia.

Responsibilities
Technical Leadership

  • Take responsibility for the overall backend architecture and technical decisions, including design trade-offs and production outcomes.
  • Establish code review and acceptance standards, database integration testing, and failure testing and validation.
  • Lead engineers, including task allocation, code reviews, and onboarding new team members, while maintaining technical documentation and operational manuals.

System Development & Operations

  • Design and improve workflows, retry safety, and failure recovery.
  • Develop and maintain backend APIs, databases, and operational back-office systems, and handle frontend-backend integration when necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Taiwanese nationality.
  • 5+ years of backend development experience, including 2+ years as a technical lead or in a team leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining large-scale Node.js projects.
  • Database: Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL, including transaction isolation, locking, index design, query performance tuning, and table partitioning.
  • Accounting Accuracy: Experience handling real monetary values, understanding double-entry ledgers and reconciliation, and familiarity with precise numerical processing.
  • Security: Practical understanding of service isolation, least privilege, and back-office access control, with the ability to assess external attack risks and internal personnel risks.
  • Ability to read and modify React / TypeScript code.
  • Familiar with Git and Pull Request collaboration workflows, with the ability to independently debug and write automated tests.
  • Able to clearly explain technical solutions, design trade-offs, and potential risks, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing payment, wallet, exchange, or cryptocurrency custody systems.
  • Practical blockchain experience, such as confirmation counts and finality, reorganization handling, token contracts, and transaction signature verification; familiarity with multiple blockchain architectures is a plus.
  • AWS operations and infrastructure experience, as well as CI/CD pipeline design experience.
  • Experience with Redis / Valkey, high-concurrency WebSocket push notifications, and queue design.
  • Experience with online gaming fairness mechanisms, RTP, or game mathematics.
  • Experience building observability systems, including metrics, alert design, and SLOs.

工作內容
技術領導

  • 負責整體後端架構與技術決策，對設計取捨與上線結果。
  • 訂定程式審查與驗收標準、資料庫整合測試、故障測試驗證。
  • 帶領工程師，負責分工、程式審查與新人上手，並維護技術文件與操作手冊。

系統開發與維運

  • 設計與改善流程、重試安全與故障可恢復。
  • 開發與維護後端 API、資料庫與營運後台，必要時完成前後端整合。

必要條件

  • 具台灣國籍。
  • 5年以上後端開發經驗，其中 2 年以上技術負責人或帶領團隊經驗。
  • 具備 Node.js 大型專案的實際開發與維護經驗。
  • 資料庫：精通 PostgreSQL，包含交易隔離、鎖、索引設計、查詢效能調校與分區表。
  • 帳務正確性：有處理真實金額的經驗，理解雙分錄帳本與對帳，熟悉精確數值處理。
  • 資安：具服務隔離、最小權限與後台權限控管的實務概念，能評估外部攻擊與內部人員風險。
  • 能閱讀並修改 React／TypeScript 程式。
  • 熟悉 Git 與 Pull Request 協作流程，具獨立除錯與撰寫自動化測試的能力。
  • 能清楚說明技術方案、設計取捨與潛在風險，書面與口頭表達俱佳。

加分條件

  • 支付、錢包、交易所或加密貨幣託管系統開發經驗。
  • 區塊鏈實務經驗，例如確認數與最終性、重組處理、代幣合約與交易簽章驗證；熟悉多種鏈架構尤佳。
  • AWS 維運與基礎設施經驗，CI/CD 流程設計經驗。
  • Redis／Valkey、WebSocket 高併發推播與佇列設計經驗。
  • 線上遊戲公平性機制、RTP 或遊戲數學相關經驗。
  • 可觀測性建置經驗，包含指標、告警設計與 SLO。
