This position will require relocation to Cambodia in the future.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other paid media channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copywriting for paid search and display campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure optimal ROI and performance within allocated budgets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.), and provide actionable insights and weekly/monthly reports.
  • Continuously A/B test creatives, landing pages, ad copy, and targeting strategies to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing page assets.
  • Keep up to date with platform algorithm changes, new ad features, and best practices.
  • Recommend and implement improvements in campaign structures and account hygiene.
  • Analyze competitors advertising strategies and identify new growth opportunities.-Requirements:13 years of hands-on experience in SEM / paid media campaign management.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (especially GA4), Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into performance insights.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio).Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.- 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification.
  • Experience with other paid media platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads).Experience in eCommerce, mobile app marketing, or lead generation.
  • Knowledge of remarketing, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo).
