-Open to Cambodian nationals or residents
-Other nationalities welcome if language fluency is met
Work Mode:
-Remote (Work from Home)
-Office planned in Cambodia in future
-Relocation reimbursement may be considered if needed later
Salary Range: USD $800$1,000/month(Weekend pay included in base salary)
Work Schedule :

  • 5-day work week, 9-hour shifts
  • 4-day work week, 12-hour shifts
  • Weekend shifts required

Others : paid and medical leave (still deciding on the number and off in lieu if required to work on holidays)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries via Telegram
  • Respond to affiliate-related questions via Telegram
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
  • Document and escalate issues when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the user experience

Who Were Looking For

  • Fluent in Khmer and English
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive in solving problems
  • Able to work independently while remaining a team player
  • Prior experience in customer service or iGaming is a bonus
  • Fresh graduates are welcome training will be provided
