Website Content Editor

Location: Taiwan
Working Type: Remote available
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mon–Fri)

Salary Range: USD $1,500 – $2,000 / month

Role Overview
This role is responsible for managing and maintaining website content, including content publishing, basic copy editing, and page updates. The goal is to ensure all website information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities-

• Upload and publish website content, including articles, press releases, campaign materials, and product information
• Assist in content refinement, including headline adjustments, structure optimization, and basic proofreading
• Update and maintain website pages in line with brand tone and marketing needs
• Ensure content accuracy across text, images, links, buttons, and publishing status
• Support updates for homepage, campaign pages, product pages, and other landing pages
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and business teams to ensure timely content delivery
• Manage backend content organization, including categories, tags, and publishing workflows
• Handle additional website-related tasks as assigned

Requirements-

• Experience in website content publishing, editing, or related roles
• Strong attention to detail, especially in content accuracy, layout, and formatting
• Basic copywriting and editing skills
• Familiarity with CMS or website backend systems
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Basic sense of design to assess content and visual layout
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership and execution

Qualifications-

• Ability to handle both Chinese and English content
• Experience with corporate websites, media platforms, e-commerce, or brand websites
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or other basic image editing tools
• Experience in brand content management, website revamp projects, or digital content initiatives
