Job Title: Overnight Inventory Auditor

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

Pay: $17 up to $20 per hr.

As an Overnight Inventory Auditor, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory records. Working during non-business hours, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures to enhance our inventory control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Auditing: Conduct regular audits of inventory in various departments or locations within the organization during overnight shifts.
2. Data Entry: Accurately record inventory counts and discrepancies using an inventory sheet.
3. Reconciliation: Investigate discrepancies and work to resolve any issues promptly, collaborating with relevant teams when necessary.
4. Reporting: Reports summarizing audit findings.
5. Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding audit results.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inventory auditing or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight shifts.
• Physical ability to lift and move inventory items as needed.
• Reliable and dependable work ethic.
• Forklift experience is a plus

Language:

• English 75% or more for translators
• no English is required as long as we have a translator
