As a key contributor to our Family Law product, you will help shape our strategy and reinforce our clients reputation as the leading Family Law software solution in the UK. Working closely with the Head of Family Law, you will:
- Spot opportunities for future product enhancements and content initiatives
- Develop and deliver new forms and precedents to elevate the user experience
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback
- Track and report key performance indicators to the wider team
Requirements
What you'll do
- Research forms, legislation, and legal processes relevant to Family Law.
- Create, update, and deliver high quality automated legal forms and precedents for use by law firms.
- Use of dedicated automaton tools using the latest Microsoft technology to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organisational standards.
- Utilise JavaScript to enhance the functionality and interactivity of our forms and precedents, enabling dynamic content and customised user experiences (full training provided).
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure forms function correctly with the software, validating data entry fields, JavaScript elements, and fixing any issues that arise.
- Develop and maintain an outstanding knowledge of the software & its companion products.
- Promote use of products & drive adoption in Family Law.
- Ensure processes comply with up-to-date legislation within Family Law.
- Attend industry events to speak with existing customers and build strong relationships.
What you'll bring
- 1-2 years experience working within Family Law.
- Very comfortable using Microsoft Word.
- Experience with case management systems and document automation systems would be advantageous.
- A passion for technology.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); skilled in dealing sensitively with clients.
- A strong attention to detail.
