Restaurant Manager, Hotel, West GTA

I'm working on a Restaurant Manager role in the West GTA within a high-end hotel environment that sits inside a large, established hospitality group - one that's entering a period of significant expansion over the next few years.

This is a floor-facing leadership role for someone who knows how to run a dining room properly. You'll be supporting the team in real time, collaborating closely with culinary and events, and setting standards that feel polished without becoming rigid. The operation balances a strong à la carte restaurant with a meaningful events component, so comfort managing both daily service and larger-scale execution is key.

Compensation is transparent and competitive: $65–75K base, plus estimated gratuities around $16K, a $2K clothing allowance, extended health benefits (with an enhanced option), staff meals, a management dining card and a monthly cell allowance.
