This restaurant will be his swan song and he wants to go out big!

This role will help with menu creation, building and developing a team and creating an authentic southern Italian experience.
This role could be great for someone currently in a Sous Chef role that wants the next step in their career or for someone that is sick of their daily commute to Toronto.
