::: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :::

Production and Cost Efficiency:

  • Regularly update the chemical injection plan and associated budget, ensuring ongoing tracking for performance evaluation and optimization. This process should also include management of change procedures for any chemical transitions.
  • Provide timely support and optimize oil production based on daily reports, considering operational and safety constraints.
  • Communicate effectively with field teams to keep everyone informed.
  • Conduct site visits to offer hands-on support and reinforce standards.
  • Give technical input to HSSE and Public Affairs for preparing required reports and troubleshooting issues for immediate resolution.
  • Advise Production Engineering, Drilling/HWO, and Brownfield teams to ensure optimal solutions in their respective areas.
  • Support assessment and enhancing performance by designing and evaluating ESP pump installations to boost production.
  • Continuously analyze and improve process systems to remove bottlenecks and optimize workflow.
  • Respond promptly to field requests to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify areas where field staff need help, propose practical solutions, and encourage ongoing improvement.

Reports:

  • Prepare regular production reports on deferred activity and process loss and submit them to managers to support timely and accurate production planning.

Planning and Budget:

  • Prepare accurate OPEX (Chemical) budget inputs with clear plans and cost estimates, enabling efficient resource allocation and minimal contingencies for effective operations.
  • Suggest cost-effective methods and equipment to support maintenance and production, focusing on reducing OPEX and maximizing output.

Health, Safety, Environment and Compliance:

  • Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, Security, and environmental (HSSE) policies, including spill prevention, fire safety, and emergency response protocols as per Company HSSE management system in alignment with International Standard
  • Manage all the risks into ALARP level

Special Projects and Shutdown management:

  • Support project feasibility studies on identified production proposals to examine the feasibility of implementing the proposal considering the cost-benefit factors.
  • Lead the field trial of the special project as required
  • Being shutdown coordinators to support shutdown manager (Operation manager)

:: QUALIFICATIONS :::

Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years in an appropriate Oil and Gas environment.
  • Knowledge of well management, chemical management, process equipment, including rotating equipment, flow assurance, shutdown management, control and automation, ICSS.
  • Proven leadership qualities.

Experience:

  • Strong safety and environmental awareness.
  • Experience within the Oil and Gas industry demonstrates the ability to fulfill the diverse aspects of this key position.
  • Preferably an Oil and gas background in experience.
