::: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :::

Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Lead and govern the full inventory management lifecycle (ordering, storage, delivery, and disposal), ensuring strategic alignment with operational and financial objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency, contractor performance, and space utilization.
  • Ensure robust compliance with internal controls, HSSE standards, and audit requirements.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor inventory health, valuation, and movement.

Base Operations

  • Direct logistics operations for personnel and material transfers across offshore and onshore locations.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of multimodal transport (land, sea, air) with a focus on safety, timeliness, and cost control.
  • Maintain operational readiness and regulatory compliance across base facilities.

Project Management

  • Lead and deliver strategic supply chain management related projects and initiatives that enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness e.g. process improvements, system upgrades, strategic sourcing.
  • Develop and execute project plans with clear milestones, risk mitigations, stakeholder alignments, and measurable outcomes.

:: QUALIFICATIONS :::

Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • University Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or Engineering (Masters preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, inventory, logistics, and procurement (preferably in oil & gas).
  • Minimum 5 years in project leadership and supervisory roles.

Experience:

  • Advanced Supply Chain Management
  • Specialized in Inventory Management, Warehousing, Base Operations, Logistics, Transportation, and Project Management.
  • Familiarity with Procurement, Contracting, Expediting, and Business Intelligence/analytics.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Thai and English
