Senior Officer, Material and Marine Logistics

::: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :::

• Prepare vessel route plan and monitor execution for all vessels to support operational requirements such as cargo supply/backload, rig move, tanker berthing, buoy placement, crew change,DP operation, fuel, and bulks distribution.
• Monitor operations of all vessels to ensure each vessel comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Schedule safety inspections,vessel survey and maintenance program, and coordinate safety drills/exercise for the fleet. 
• Support development of company emergency/evacuation plan.Distribute and notify routine weather forecast or navigation warning to vessels and offshore customers.
• Monitor vessel performance and report any deficiencies. Keep record of all vessel downtime and fuel/ bulk transfer discrepancy.
• Ensure that a close working relationship is developed with all relevant functions to ensure effective planning and communication realizes a safe and cost-effective operation.

:: QUALIFICATIONS :::

Knowledge & Qualifications:

• Preferably an offshore supply chain, logistics and marine background.
• Minimum of 10 years in an appropriate Oil and Gas environment. Strong safety and environmental awareness. Proven leadership qualities.
• Experience within the Oil and Gas offshore industry that demonstrates the ability to fulfill the diversified aspects of this position.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in a supervisory / managerial role relating to offshore petrochemical support services.
