Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive partner acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with our partnerships team to identify and develop marketing opportunities with our network of lenders and other strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support partner acquisition, engagement, and retention goals
- Work closely with the partnerships team to identify and develop marketing opportunities with existing and potential partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute effective marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Manage the production of marketing materials, including digital and print collateral, email campaigns, and social media content
- Monitor and analyse partner marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure alignment and maximise marketing opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partner marketing, making recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage the partner marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources
- Support the overall marketing strategy and initiatives of the company as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in partner marketing, preferably in the financial services or technology industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal teams
- Creative and strategic thinking with a data-driven approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM, marketing automation, analytics)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
