Roofing Teams – Slate Roof Installations

Location: Hampshire (multi-site)
Duration: 4 weeks per team
Start: Expected to be 2 weeks 

Overview

We require experienced Roofing Teams to support solar PV installations across multiple sites in Hampshire. Works will involve slate roofs with standard pitches.

Team Requirement

2 x pairs:

• 1 x Skilled Roofer

• 1 x Roofers Mate

Skilled Roofer – Requirements

• Proven experience working on slate roofs

• Experience preparing and reinstating roofs for solar installations

• CSCS Card

• Supervisor ticket desirable

• Confident working at height

Roofers Mate – Requirements

• Roofing experience preferred

• CSCS Card

• Physically fit and competent working at height

Key Responsibilities

• Removal and reinstatement of slate tiles

• Installation of solar mounting brackets and flashing

• Ensuring roof integrity and weatherproofing

• Working to programme alongside electrical teams

General

• Own tools and PPE

• Reliable and able to commit to full 4-week duration
