The Role
Our client is looking for a confident and motivated Lead Booker to join their team in Fareham. This is a customer-facing role working with warm inbound leads, speaking to homeowners who have already expressed interest in renewable energy solutions.
You will be responsible for qualifying leads, discussing customer requirements, providing indicative quotes, and booking surveys for installation. The role also offers clear progression into a Renewable Energy Surveyor position, with training provided.
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys speaking with customers, has a strong interest in renewable energy, and wants to develop into a more technical and consultative role within the industry.
Key Responsibilities

Contact and qualify warm inbound leads from customers interested in renewable energy solutions

Discuss customer requirements and provide initial guidance on suitable systems

Produce indicative quotes for systems such as Solar PV and battery storage

Book surveys and progress customers through the sales process

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system

Liaise with internal technical and installation teams to ensure smooth handover of projects

Undertake training to progress into a Renewable Energy Surveyor role
Requirements

Previous experience in sales, lead generation, telesales, or customer service preferred

Confident and professional telephone manner

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a positive and proactive approach

Organised with good attention to detail

Interest in renewable energy technologies such as Solar PV and battery storage

Full UK driving licence desirable for future progression into surveying
