We are recruiting a reliable Labourer for a short-term historic building demolition strip-out project in Winchester.

This is a controlled strip-out and soft demolition project within a sensitive, heritage building, so a professional approach to site safety and workmanship is essential.

The role

• Soft strip and internal demolition works

• Assisting demolition and site operatives

• Removing fixtures, fittings and non-structural materials

• Loading and moving materials to designated areas

• Keeping work areas clean, safe and compliant

• Following site and heritage protection controls at all times

Essential requirements

• Valid CSCS card

• Asbestos Awareness certificate

• Previous demolition or strip-out experience preferred

• Able to follow site instructions and work safely in a live environment

• Reliable and available for the full project duration

Duration and pay

• 7 to 14 days work

• Rate from £150 per day and above, depending on experience and tickets

This role would suit a labourer with previous strip-out or demolition experience, particularly within commercial or historic buildings.
