Salary: £15£18 per hour DOE
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 7:30am start

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Heat Pump Engineer to deliver high-quality installations and maintenance of air and ground source heat pumps across domestic, residential, and occasional commercial projects. You will work across a wide range of brands, including Maxa, Volta, Samsung, and Mitsubishi, and be responsible for ensuring all installations comply with company, manufacturer, and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain air and ground source heat pump systems across South West England

  • Work on domestic and residential installations, with occasional commercial or public sector projects

  • Install full heating systems including radiators, underfloor heating, thermostatic controllers, hot water cylinders, buffers, and other site-specific equipment

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards

  • Document all work using the company installer app

  • Adhere to company quality, safety, and performance standards

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Minimum 5 years experience in plumbing, heating, and heat pump installation

  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing and Heating

  • G3 Certificate

  • Unvented Cylinder qualification

  • WRAS Water Regulations knowledge

  • Experience installing air source heat pumps

Desirable Qualifications

  • BPEC Level 3 Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) qualification

  • Gas Safe certification
