Job Title: EICR / Testing & Remedial Electrician
Location: North West England (Preston, Blackpool, Wigan, Liverpool, Manchester, Southport)
Working Hours: 7:00am – 5:00pm (with overtime available)
Overview
We are working with a growing electrical contractor delivering high volumes of inspection, testing, and remedial works across the North West. Due to continued growth, they are looking for experienced EICR / Testing Electricians to join their team.
This is a field-based role covering commercial retail properties, focused on carrying out EICRs, fault finding, and completing remedial works to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out EICRs across domestic and commercial properties
  • Diagnose faults and identify required remedial works
  • Complete electrical remedials in line with BS 7671
  • Produce accurate certification and reports
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and compliantly
  • Provide excellent customer service on-site
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition (BS 7671)
  • 2391 / 2391-52 Testing & Inspection
  • ECS / JIB Gold Card (preferred)
  • Strong experience in EICRs and remedial works
  • Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits
