Now, were building out our Performance Creative Unit and were hiring a Creative Strategist to drive winning ad ideas, briefs, and iterations.
About You
You're not just a brand strategist. Youre a performance-driven creative thinker with a deep understanding of why ads convert, especially on Meta and TikTok. You obsess over hooks, scroll-stopping visuals, UGC formats, and structured creative testing. You're resourceful, analytical, and thrive in fast-paced, async teams. You know how to reverse-engineer an offer and turn insights into high-impact creative directions.
Youve shipped high-performing direct response ads. You move fast. You take ownership. You make things happen without excuses or hand-holding.
Top 5 Objectives
Create Weekly Creative Concepts: Deliver scroll-stopping hooks, angles, and ideas tailored to direct response performance
Briefing: Build clear, actionable briefs for UGC creators and video editors
Creative Performance Analysis: Review ad metrics (CTR, CPA, etc.) and turn insights into new creative strategies
Media Buyer Collaboration: Work tightly with the buying team to fuel iteration cycles
Offer Deconstruction: Break down new offers/products and extract performance-ready insights fast
Other Responsibilities
Maintain and update a content pipeline across niches like GLP-1, Medicare, eCom, and lead gen
Propose testing ideas based on frameworks (hook-first, CTA-first, concept-first, etc.)
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway) to speed up scripting, ideation, and concept development
Document successful strategies and learnings into SOPs and swipe files
Stay on top of trends in the UGC ad and DR space: what's working, whats not, and why
Requirements
3+ years in direct-response creative strategy (preferably at a performance agency or DR brand)
Proven track record building winning ad concepts, especially UGC-style for TikTok & Meta
Strong command of creative testing frameworks and iteration cycles
Analytical thinker: understands how to interpret creative metrics
English fluency, written and verbal
Available to work during Dubai hours (GMT+4), async preferred but responsive
Clear communicator: your briefs are sharp, your writing is clear
Strong ownership mindset: you bring ideas, solutions, and results
