RapidSeedbox is a remote SaaS company with a mission to provide online anonymity to people worldwide and to make public web data accessible in fast, reliable and private ways.
We have been operating since 2008 and serve thousands of active clients. Our team is fully remote, 18 to 20 people, and spread across multiple countries, with a strong presence in Eastern Europe and the Balkans. We are now entering the next stage of growth, with a stronger B2B focus around our proxy and data access offering.

About the role
The General Manager’s mission is to drive sustainable, profitable growth at RapidSeedbox and lead day to day operations.
You will be responsible for full P&L performance over time, for leading and developing a remote team of 20+ people, and for executing on our strategic priorities, with a strong focus on B2B growth, operational excellence and culture.
You will report directly to the CEO and act as their right hand. You will coordinate cross functional work across marketing, sales, product, technology, operations, finance and HR and you will gradually take over the operational reins so the CEO can focus on vision and long term strategy.
This role has a clear path to COO for the right person.
What you will do
Strategy and business performance
Diagnose the business, identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities and turn them into a clear 90 day and annual plan.
Own and manage the company P&L after an initial ramp up period and drive EBITDA growth with a clear ROI view on projects and initiatives.
Build and refine the B2B go to market strategy for our proxy and data access offering, including ICP definition, positioning, channels, pricing and experimentation.
Operational leadership
Lead day to day operations and run effective weekly, monthly and quarterly rhythms with department heads and the CEO.
Translate company goals into clear KPIs, dashboards and scorecards at company, team and individual level and ensure they are reviewed and acted on regularly.
Resolve operational issues without CEO intervention and ensure people, processes and tools work in sync.
Team leadership and culture
Lead and develop a distributed, multicultural team across marketing, sales, product, tech, operations, finance and HR.
Set performance standards, provide coaching and feedback and build an outcomes based organisation with a high concentration of A players.
Protect and evolve our culture of excellence, ownership, transparency and care. Maintain high employee satisfaction and low regrettable turnover.
B2B growth and market development
Oversee B2B marketing and sales motions for SMB and mid market clients and ensure the right people, processes and activities are in place.
Build a structured experimentation system for messaging, channels and pricing for our proxy solutions and track conversion and revenue impact.
Develop and present a brand and domain strategy that keeps our long term SEO authority while clearly separating Seedbox and Proxy offers.
Ideal profile
Experience
Experience growing a small company under 50 people, ideally in B2B SaaS between 2 and 10 million ARR.
At least 4 years in SaaS, tech or IT leadership roles, preferably in infrastructure, developer oriented or privacy focused businesses.
Proven track record of full P&L ownership with clear EBITDA impact.
At least 3 years leading remote, distributed, multicultural teams, preferably with exposure to Eastern Europe and the Balkans.
Solid background touching both sales and marketing and familiarity with subscription funnels and core SaaS metrics such as MRR, CAC, LTV and churn.
Experience working closely with founders as a second in command or general manager.
