Your Mission

Turn every Tier 2&3 client into a Ronin evangelist, someone who stays longer, spends more, and brags about the partnership. You'll be the daily operator across your book of business, launching growth plays, preventing churn, resolving blockers, and injecting Ronin into every part of the clients revenue engine.

Top 5 Objectives


  1. Maintain <2% monthly churn across your portfolio.

  2. Drive >110% NRR and double-digit quarterly ad spend growth.

  3. Ensure no client follows up first and you're always ahead.

  4. Launch SOP improvements that make client ops 10x smoother.

  5. Become the voice of the customer internally championing insights, opportunities, and feedback cross-functionally.

Main Responsibilities


  • Own the Book: Manage about 40 Tier 2&3 accounts from onboarding through retention and upsell.

  • Churn Prevention: Track leading indicators, forecast risks, and intervene early.

  • Growth Execution: Launch upsells, platform expansions (Google, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.), and drive aggressive revenue results.

  • Proactive Client Comms: Maintain weekly touchpoints via Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, or whatever it takes to stay embedded in their workflow.

  • Fast Firefighter: Resolve escalations in <24h by coordinating with internal teams (Ad Ops, Finance, Heroes).

  • Playbook Builder: Contribute to repeatable processes, updating at least one SOP/month.

  • Data Hygiene & Reporting: Maintain accurate dashboards (ClickUp, Looker), highlighting churn risk, expansion opportunities, and account health.

  • Client Champion: Relay insights and feedback across Ronin to refine products and internal ops.

Requirements


  • 2+ years managing customer or paid media accounts (agency or platform-side).

  • Proficiency with Meta/Facebook Ads plus at least one of: Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Snapchat Ads.

  • Obsessed with communication, your Slack updates read like a mission briefing.

  • Comfortable with client escalations, fast prioritization, and constant follow-through.

  • Excellent command of ClickUp, Airtable, CRMs, and messaging platforms (Slack, Telegram, Discord, etc.).

  • Startup mindset: You act without waiting, solve across silos, and own outcomes.

Bonus Points


  • Experience scaling paid media accounts >$100K/mo.

  • Previous success maintaining <3% churn in a subscription or SaaS business.

  • Bonus skills in strategy, CRO, copywriting, or media buying.

  • Experience working remotely with fast-scaling performance teams.
