Supply Chain Data Scientist role description
As our business grows, we are looking for a junior to mid-level supply chain data scientist with strong skills in data manipulation and abstraction to join us.

Main Tasks
Work on demand and inventory planning projects with clients
Imagine, develop, implement, and maintain models using Python
Lead forecasting and inventory optimization projects, covering business understanding, data preparation, design, development, and implementation using Python.
Conduct forecasting and inventory optimization proof-of-concepts (POCs) with prospects and customers.
Provide hands-on training to planning teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer on the models.
Continuously improve and maintain forecasting and inventory optimization models using Python.

You are
Autonomous, you enjoy working alone but also part of a team
Passionate about supply chain management
Enjoy and master quantitative abstraction

Experience
You are an expert in supply, inventory, and demand planning, or looking to become one.
0-4 years of experience in consultancy, analytics, or data science projects preferably in SC consulting, industrial or FMCG supply chain
You have experience with Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Machine Learning.
Experience with abstract, quantitative projects.
Business fluent in written and spoken English.
Nice to have
Other language skills, especially French and Spanish.
Knowledge of technical tools or languages (Power BI, SQL, or other programming languages).
Knowledge of advanced planning systems (Kinaxis, OPM, or similar).
