We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced TikTok Media Buyer with experience in dropshipping, with a problem-solver mindset, strong analytical skills, and strong attention to detail, full-time role.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of TikTok media buying experience for e-commerce and experience with dropshipping media buying is A MUST.
Previous experience with affiliate Blackhat/Greyhat offers is plus!
You will also have the ability to analyze raw data, strong pattern recognition, and formulate insights that allow you to shape a broader strategy.
You will be a self-starter who can work independently, as well as part of a team.
Candidates based in Europe are preferred, speaking English is a MUST.
Build, optimize, and scale TikTok campaigns for dropshipping stores
Manage the advertising budget
Have a plan for solving problems/situations regarding the TikTok police
Know how to work with bans and avoid them
Analyze and optimize campaigns and performance daily using data-driven insights and tactics
Create reports that showcase results, insights, and roadmaps for future creative and paid strategies.
Objectives for the Tik Tok Media Buyer:
Achieve an increase in revenue: The ideal candidate should be able to leverage their TikTok media buying experience to drive revenue growth for Ecomaholic's dropshipping stores. They should aim to achieve at least a 25% increase in revenue within their first year in the position.
Successfully manage and avoid account bans: Due to the nature of the industry, the ideal candidate must have experience in working with dropshipping or an affiliate Blackhat/Greyhat offers and should be able to manage and avoid account bans. They should aim to maintain the health of all advertising accounts and ensure no account is banned.
Increase return on ad spend (ROAS): The ideal candidate should be able to use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, reduce wasted spend and improve the return on ad spend. They should aim to achieve at least a 30% increase in ROAS within their first year in the position.
Develop and implement a creative testing strategy: The ideal candidate should be able to continuously test and optimize creative assets to improve performance. They should develop and implement a creative testing strategy that enables them to identify winning creatives and implement them to drive better performance.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices: The ideal candidate should be able to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes and best practices related to TikTok media buying. They should aim to keep Ecomaholic ahead of the curve by implementing new strategies and tactics that improve performance and deliver better results.
At least 2 years+ of TikTok media buying experience for e-commerce
