As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing project lifecycles for our internal and external clients. Leveraging your extensive experience in project management, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide strategic guidance, and ensure successful project delivery. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in leading complex projects and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies.
Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and estimate specific project requirements and strategic initiatives.
- Develop a communication process to collaborate with customers and update stakeholders on project progress.
- Provide updates through various written communications, such as emails, newsletters, and press releases.
- Facilitate meetings with organizational leadership, organizing presentations, and reporting project status
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are addressed.
- Collaborate with senior management to allocate and manage project resources effectively.
- Manage project schedules, update project documentation, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Support the implementation of business solutions and analyze the benefits of those solutions.
- Identify areas for improvement and negotiate with stakeholders to implement changes.
- Collect project requirements and meet regularly with project teams to coordinate tasks and resolve conflicts.
1. Data Analysis and Business Expansion:
Gather and analyze data to identify potential business expansion opportunities.
Identify specific business opportunities and propose strategies to capitalize on them.
2. Stakeholder Influence:
Influence stakeholders to support and engage in business projects and initiatives.
Coordinate with different departmental teams to improve productivity and alignment with business goals.
3. Project Support:
Assist with project management for selected projects, helping to plan and execute them effectively.
Test and evaluate business processes, recommending improvements and efficiencies.
4. Requirements and Reporting:
Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories and write clear, well-structured business requirements and documentation.
Identify automation opportunities and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to improve business performance and understanding.
5. Process Improvement:
Analyze process issues and bottlenecks, making recommendations and implementing improvements.
Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Develop and maintain reporting tools and perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling.
Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering or business-related college degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in general business
- 5+ years of proven project management experience.
- Adaptability and Flexibility
- Intermediate/Advanced skill level within the Office 365 suite, Asana, and other BPM tools
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills especially prioritizing multiple projects/tasks
- The candidate must have the ability to provide leadership, vision, and direction to the evolving role of business transformation
- Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive project success.
