Position Summary:

As the IT Administrator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure, with a primary focus on M365 management, automation, and process creation. This position offers the opportunity to work independently, take ownership of projects, and contribute to the growth and success of a startup company.

Key Requirements:

  • Manage and administer our Microsoft 365 environment, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and related services.
  • Configure and maintain user accounts, security groups, distribution lists, and permissions within M365.
  • Implement and optimize automation solutions to streamline IT processes and enhance productivity, leveraging tools such as PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, develop solutions, and drive continuous improvement in IT operations.
  • Lead the initial setup and configuration of M365 services, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and standards related to M365 administration and automation.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for M365-related issues, resolving incidents and implementing preventive measures.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in M365 management and automation, incorporating new knowledge into our IT strategy.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Required: Proven experience (3 years) in administering Microsoft 365 services, with expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams administration.
  • Required: Proficiency in C# programming, MS365 Power Apps, Flows, Power Automate, MS365 as a whole, PowerBI for dashboard monitoring
  • Required: Knowledge in cybersecurity practices Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and task automation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
