Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels:social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and offline channels like events and networking
  • Manage and optimize our online presence:Develop and maintain website content, manage listings on booking platforms, and implement effective SEO strategies for improved organic search ranking.
  • Become an expert in our industry:Conduct market research, analyze competitor strategies, and identify new opportunities to reach our target audience.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders:Work closely with the sales team, property managers, and leadership to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Embrace diversity and adaptability:Manage multiple tasks across different properties and platforms, requiring flexibility and organizational skills.
  • Track and measure performance:Analyze campaign results, identify areas for improvement, and report key metrics to drive data-driven marketing decisions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing coordinator role or similar position.

You Are a Perfect Fit If You Have:

* Solid experience in marketing with a proven track record of success in the B2B sector.
* Hotel and Airbnb background or comparable experience in online platform management and booking systems.
* Understanding of real estate industry trends and dynamics as they pertain to corporate accommodations.
* SEO expertise with the ability to develop and implement effective search engine optimization strategies.
* Excellent English communication skills(written and verbal) with the ability to craft compelling content.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* A self-motivated and proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
* A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Bonus if you have:


* Knowledge of the Australian marketing landscape.
* Experience with content marketing, including writing blog posts, social media content, and website copy.
* Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
