VargasAndrews LLC – Rescheduling, Cancellation & Re-Application Policy

Disclaimer: This policy forms part of VargasAndrews LLC’s independent contractor application process. It does not constitute an offer of work, guarantee of engagement, or creation of an employer–employee relationship in the Philippines.

VargasAndrews LLC is an international professional services firm. This policy applies to all individuals participating in our independent contractor application process. It outlines how interview bookings are managed to ensure fairness and efficiency for all applicants.

1. Booking Commitment

We place high value on ownership and accountability throughout our application process. When you book an interview slot, you are confirming your availability to attend at the selected date and time.

Our booking calendars are often fully reserved, and last-minute changes reduce available opportunities for other applicants.

A booked interview may be canceled by the recruitment team with at least 24 hours’ notice if:

If you do not attend your interview and have not canceled or rescheduled in advance, this will be recorded as a no-show. No-shows will result in your application being withdrawn and may affect your eligibility for future consideration.

Applicants whose applications are withdrawn due to late rescheduling, repeated cancellations, or no-shows are no longer encouraged to reapply.
