Come be part of our growing team! We're currently looking for a reliable and motivated Shipper/Receiver / Material Handler / Pick and Packager to join our growing operations. Posting Status: Open, 1 position
Type: Permanent Full-Time
Pay Range: $22.00 $25.00/hr (depending on experience) + benefits
Closing Date: April 19, 2025 or until the position is filled
Location: on-site
Work Hours: Day Shift
Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Shipping & Receiving: Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, verify contents, prepare deliveries, and generate labels/documentation using shipping software.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, perform cycle counts, store materials properly, and report low stock.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts and other equipment to move, load, and unload materials without damage.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory; complete required reports.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and handle hazardous materials according to guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping/receiving, inventory, or material handling
Valid forklift certification required
Comfortable using shipping software and inventory systems
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Physically able to lift/move heavy items and perform repetitive tasks
Team-oriented and able to work independently when needed
