Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (MBA required) to drive our business growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market reach. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, business strategy, and market expansion in the fire and security industry or related sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fire and security industry.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Sales & Revenue Targets: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business areas.
• Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and close high-value deals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Brand Representation: Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development (mandatory)
✔ 5+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in fire safety, security systems, or related industries
✔ Strong understanding of fire protection and security solutions
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
✔ Ability to work independently and lead strategic business initiatives
✔ Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and market research techniques
