We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Estimation Manager to drive sales growth and manage accurate cost estimations. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, preparing competitive quotations, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and experience in sales and estimation processes.
Sales & Business Development: Generate leads, manage pipelines, and build client relationships for Firefighting, Gas Suppression, ELV, and IBMS projects.
Estimation & Proposal: Prepare accurate cost estimates, competitive bids, and ensure compliance with UL, NFPA, BIS standards.
Market Analysis: Identify market trends, client needs, and new opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handovers.
Achieving Targets: Meet sales targets and contribute to regional goals.

Qualifications
Education: Engineering graduate (Mechanical/Electrical/Related fields).
Experience: 58 years in sales/estimation, preferably in Firefighting, Gas Suppression, ELV, or IBMS.
Skills: Solution selling, cost estimation, CRM tools, excellent communication, and negotiation.
Preferred: Familiarity with UL/NFPA/BIS standards, experience with consultants/contractors, and a strong regional network.
