Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Estimation Manager to drive sales growth and manage accurate cost estimations. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, preparing competitive quotations, analysing project requirements, and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and experience in sales and estimation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline in the assigned region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and decision-makers.
- Focus on project sales for Firefighting, Gas Suppression Systems
- Identify opportunities in commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
- Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the internal design, project, and execution teams.
- Ensure seamless handover from sales to the project implementation team.
- Degree / Diploma-
- Engineering graduate (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years to 5 years in sales, estimation, or project-based roles.
- Relevant experience in Firefighting, Gas Suppression Systems, ELV
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of project-based sales and solution selling.
- Proficient in cost estimation and bid preparation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, and end clients.
