About the job Senior Full-stack Developer

A skilled and detail-oriented Senior Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain websites, web applications, and mobile-first digital experiences that are user-friendly, fast, secure, and optimized across devices. The ideal candidate has experience with front-end and back-end technologies, a strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first development, and a passion for coding, design, and innovation. Experience in mobile application development using frameworks such as Flutter is a strong advantage. Experience working with Australian clients or within the Australian market is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain responsive, mobile-first websites and web applications
  • Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using frameworks such as Flutter (if applicable)
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant languages/frameworks
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to bring web and mobile projects to life
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-device compatibility
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform regular maintenance and updates
  • Ensure websites and applications are accessible, secure, and aligned with best practices
  • Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in web and mobile development

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, Full-Stack Developer, or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and one or more modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
  • Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles
  • Experience developing mobile applications using Flutter or similar cross-platform frameworks
  • Familiarity with back-end technologies and API development/integration
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and client-server architecture
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Must be willing to work onsite in our Makati office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Australian clients, agencies, or companies (Australian market experience preferred)
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Netlify, Vercel)
  • SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization knowledge
  • Experience publishing apps to App Store / Google Play
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
