About the job Treasury Analyst
Vault Outsourcing is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to support one of our Australian corporate clients within their Group Corporate Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who wants to gain hands-on exposure to Australian treasury operations, corporate finance processes, and international banking practices while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. You'll work closely with experienced finance leaders, banking partners, and cross-functional stakeholders supporting daily treasury operations, cash management, settlements, reporting, and compliance activities. Key Responsibilities
Treasury Operations & Funding
- Support daily treasury funding activities including payments, liquidity management, FX transactions, investments, and intercompany funding
- Monitor daily cash positions, bank guarantees, and letters of credit
- Assist in resolving day-to-day treasury operational matters
- Maintain accurate treasury records and supporting documentation
Settlements & Banking
- Ensure timely and accurate treasury settlements including FX, money market, interest, fees, and dividend-related transactions
- Coordinate with banking partners regarding operational and settlement matters
- Assist in resolving settlement queries and discrepancies
Compliance & Controls
- Support adherence to treasury policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements
- Assist with debt facility obligations and KYC documentation
- Ensure treasury activities comply with regulatory and internal policy standards
Reporting & Finance Support
- Assist in preparing treasury-related reports for management, audit, and board reporting
- Support liquidity, interest rate, and foreign exchange reporting requirements
- Provide treasury-related accounting and reconciliation support
Banking & Systems Administration
- Support the administration of bank account records, documentation, and signatory updates
- Assist with treasury systems and ERP platforms such as Oracle and TM1
- Help process treasury-related invoices and purchase orders
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal finance teams, business stakeholders, and external banking partners
- Coordinate with external providers and system vendors as needed
QualificationsRequired
- 2–4 years of experience in Banking, Treasury, Finance, Shared Services, or Financial Operations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting treasury or banking operations
- Exposure to ERP or treasury systems such as Oracle or TM1
- Familiarity with FX, liquidity management, or financial risk reporting
- CPA or CA qualifications are advantageous but not required
