Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, closing outsourcing deals, and managing key client relationships assigned to the role. This position is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with proven experience in the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new outsourcing clients in the Australia and U.S. markets
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and sales proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts provided by the company
  • Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets

About You
Youre a confident and commercially driven sales professional with proven experience in the BPO and outsourcing industry. You thrive in a target-focused environment and have the ability to build strong relationships, win new business, and close deals.
You enjoy working with international clients and understand how to sell offshore staffing and outsourcing solutions into markets such as Australia and the United States.
You are proactive, motivated, and comfortable working in an in-office setting while collaborating closely with internal delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of sales or business development experience in a BPO or outsourcing company
  • Proven track record of winning and closing new business deals
  • Strong understanding of offshore staffing and outsourcing service models
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in an office-based environment
