Job Overview:
An experienced and detail-oriented GoHighLevel Specialist to help build, manage, and optimize marketing and automation systems within the GoHighLevel CRM platform. This role is perfect for someone who understands the digital marketing landscape and can create systems that improve lead generation, customer engagement, and overall marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage funnels, landing pages, and automated workflows within GoHighLevel
- Configure and optimize CRM pipelines, calendars, booking systems, and lead nurture sequences
- Build and monitor email & SMS campaigns, triggers, and automation workflows
- Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Facebook Ads, Google Sheets, Stripe, etc.)
- Assist training team members on best practices of using GoHighLevel
- Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize based on data-driven insights
- Maintain and troubleshoot GoHighLevel accounts and automation processes
- Stay updated on new GoHighLevel features and updates to enhance system performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) for marketing automation and CRM
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion tracking
- Proficient with CRM management, email marketing, SMS marketing, and form integrations
- Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Webhooks, or Integromat
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot or optimize systems
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or client service environment
- Basic design or UX/UI skills (for customizing landing pages)
- Understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and conversion tracking
- Knowledge of API integrations and custom fields in GoHighLevel
- Familiarity with tools like ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot is a plus
