Title: Collections Officer

Role summary:

Support Capifys collections function by managing early to mid stage arrears through outbound customer contact and structured follow up, in line with approved scripts and workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Outbound calls, emails, and SMS to customers in arrears
• Follow defined collections scripts, cadence, and escalation rules
• Negotiate payment arrangements within set parameters
• Complete timely follow ups and account monitoring
• Identify and escalate hardship, insolvency, or risk indicators
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and outcomes

Requirements

• Prior call centre or collections experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and call discipline
• Ability to work to volume and quality targets
• Comfortable following structured processes
