Loan Processing Officer

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused sales professional to contact Australian customers who have already applied for asset finance or started an online application but have not completed it.

This is not traditional cold calling. You will speak with customers who have already expressed interest, understand their finance needs, help them complete missing application information and guide qualified applications through the next stage of the process.

What you will do

• Call customers who have completed or partially completed an online finance application
• Re-engage incomplete applications and help customers continue
• Build rapport, answer initial questions and overcome common objections
• Collect missing customer and application information
• Maintain regular follow-up with active opportunities
• Update customer records and application stages in the CRM
• Assist with loan administration and processing through COG Aggregation
• Work with the Australian team to progress applications
• Achieve agreed call, application-conversion and settlement targets

What we are looking for

• Confident and professional telephone communication
• Previous outbound sales, inbound sales, retention, collections or customer-service experience
• Experience supporting Australian customers is strongly preferred
• Comfortable working towards measurable targets
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Good written English and attention to detail
• Finance or loan-processing experience is advantageous but not essential
• COG Aggregation experience is advantageous but can be trained
