Position Overview
We are looking for a high-energy and resilient caller to conduct outbound telephone surveys in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing a high volume of calls each day while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and persistence.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls per hour to conduct tele-surveys
Use effective objection-handling techniques to engage respondents and encourage survey completion
Achieve a performance target of completed surveys per hour
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even when encountering rejection or negative responses
Quickly recover from unsuccessful calls and remain focused and motivated throughout the shift
Follow scripts and guidelines while adapting communication style to different respondents
Accurately record responses and ensure data quality
Required Skills & Attributes
Strong communication and active listening skills
Confidence and resilience when handling objections or difficult calls
Ability to remain motivated in a target-driven environment
Quick thinking and adaptability in fast-paced scenarios
High attention to detail and reliable data entry skills
