Role Overview
The Recruitment Associate provides administrative and coordination support to the recruitment team, with a primary focus on following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensuring timely completion of assessments and pre-employment requirements.
The role works closely with the Recruitment Specialists to help keep candidates moving through the recruitment process and support the team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Follow-Up
- Follow up with candidates who have pending or incomplete assessments.
- Monitor assessment completion and ensure candidates are reminded within the required timelines.
- Follow up with candidates regarding pending recruitment requirements and next steps.
- Track candidate responses and identify candidates who are unresponsive or delayed.
- Provide candidates with clear information and instructions regarding their pending actions.
- Escalate candidate concerns, issues, or prolonged delays to the appropriate Recruitment Specialist.
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Follow up with hired candidates to ensure timely submission of pre-employment requirements before their start date.
- Send reminders to candidates with outstanding requirements.
- Monitor the completion of required documents and flag missing or delayed requirements.
- Assist candidates with basic questions regarding the submission of their requirements.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding candidates who may be at risk of not completing their requirements before their start date.
Recruitment Support
- Support basic recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, high-volume hiring requirements, and recruitment campaigns, while escalating complex matters to the Recruitment Specialists as needed.
- Handle routine recruitment tasks while escalating complex cases or decisions to the Recruitment Specialists.
- Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to help ensure recruitment activities are completed efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communication with candidates through email, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Able to manage multiple follow-ups and tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is an advantage but not required.
- Amenable to work Onsite
