Duties and Responsibilities

Minimum Qualification Criteria

- Complete Certificate IV Finance and Mortgage Broking

Client Consultation & Loan Structuring

Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and borrowing goals.

Conduct detailed financial assessments to determine borrowing capacity.

Research and recommend suitable loan products based on client circumstances.

Present loan strategies and proposals clearly to clients, ensuring full understanding of financial commitments.

Lead & Business Development

Convert at least 60% of qualified leads into formal loan proposals.

Maintain strong relationships with referral partners to generate ongoing business.

Provide high-quality service to enhance client retention and encourage repeat business.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all loan proposals align with NCCP regulations, lender policies, and My Finance House compliance standards.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including client interactions and loan strategy details.

Work closely with the Credit Officer to ensure seamless handover for loan submission and processing.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Liaise with lenders to stay updated on loan products, interest rates, and policy changes.

Work alongside the Credit Officer to track application progress and address any concerns.

Collaborate with the Customer Support Officer to maintain ongoing client engagement post-settlement.

Performance Standards

Client Satisfaction Maintain a high satisfaction rating through professional, responsive service.

Loan Submission Accuracy Ensure all loan applications are complete and accurate to minimise delays.

Market & Product Knowledge Stay updated on lending policies, interest rates, and market trends.

Efficiency & Pipeline Management Effectively manage a pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and movement from lead to proposal.

The Employee will be expected to achieve a minimum performance standard during their employment with the Company. This performance standard will be used in your monthly or quarterly reviews.

The minimum monthly performance standards are:

Achieve settlement target of $3 million

25 new leads serviced

5 self-generated leads (i.e. referrals)

Inbound leads or allocated calls to be actioned within 24 hours
