About the Role:

Were looking for a highly organized and relationship-focused B2B Account Manager to join our

growing team. This person will support our partners by managing daily account operations,

coordinating support worker shift requests, and ensuring the smooth delivery of care services.

You'll also play a key role in growing our business by supporting lead generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at partner organizations (e.g. care managers, rostering teams)
  • Own the end-to-end scheduling process for partner shifts and uphold partner SLAs
  • Identify opportunities to grow partner accounts in line with targets and KPIs
  • Proactively identify and address changes in partners monthly revenue
  • Resolve any partner issues, complaints, or incident reports in a timely and professional manner
  • Dedicate time to creating operational efficiencies to improve the partner experience
  • Become familiar with social career network and partner preferences to help identify quality improvement opportunities
  • Prepare monthly reports including data and insights
  • Onboard and set up new partners
  • Provide insights, feedback and recommendations to improve the partner experience
  • Sales Support & Lead Generation
  • Identify prospective leads aligning to target profiles
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit
  • Book introductory meetings for the National Partnerships Manager with warm leads
  • Keep CRM and sales tracking tools up to date with all lead activity

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience in account management, partnerships, or customer success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple relationships
  • Comfortable working across time zones and using digital tools (CRM, scheduling, email, etc.)
  • Experience working in a fast moving environment
  • History of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Able to understand and use data, and provide insights
  • Bonus: Experience in the aged care or NDIS industry
