We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support our Managing Partner and executive team in a fast-paced, professional environment.

In this role, you'll take ownership of email and calendar management, coordinate meetings, and act as a key point of contact between the Managing Partner and internal and external stakeholders. You will also provide personal assistance as needed, helping ensure a balanced and efficient workflow.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in supporting senior executives, with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the Managing Partner's email inbox, including drafting responses and handling correspondence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Managing Partner and stakeholders
  • Maintain and coordinate the Managing Partner's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
  • Organize and prepare meetings, including logistics and necessary materials
  • Act as a gatekeeper by managing access, filtering requests, and ensuring efficient use of time
  • Provide personal assistance as required, including managing personal appointments
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion
  • Support communication and collaboration across the executive team

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong gatekeeping and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Experience or interest in wealth management or finance
