About the job Application Support Analyst
We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide Tier 1 support for finance systems, manage user access, monitor integrations, and assist with financial reporting. This role is the first point of contact for technical and functional queries and requires a detail-oriented, service-driven professional who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all technical and functional support queries, managing and resolving helpdesk tickets efficiently
- Provide Tier 1 application support for Infor SunSystems and Infor EPM, including issue troubleshooting and user guidance
- Manage user access, permissions, and security roles in line with internal controls and audit requirements
- Monitor system integrations and data flows between Infor and non-Infor systems, ensuring continuity and accuracy
- Assist users with financial reporting updates and queries using Infor Q&A
- Provide on-call support during critical financial cycles such as month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processing
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support or application support role for finance systems
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles such as General Ledger, debits, and credits
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple support requests and priorities effectively
Preferred
- Experience with Infor SunSystems
- Experience with Infor EPM
- Experience in integration management or monitoring data pipelines
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools such as Infor Q&A
- Mandarin or Cantonese language skills
- Experience working within hospitality finance teams
