About the job Application Support Analyst

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide Tier 1 support for finance systems, manage user access, monitor integrations, and assist with financial reporting. This role is the first point of contact for technical and functional queries and requires a detail-oriented, service-driven professional who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all technical and functional support queries, managing and resolving helpdesk tickets efficiently
  • Provide Tier 1 application support for Infor SunSystems and Infor EPM, including issue troubleshooting and user guidance
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security roles in line with internal controls and audit requirements
  • Monitor system integrations and data flows between Infor and non-Infor systems, ensuring continuity and accuracy
  • Assist users with financial reporting updates and queries using Infor Q&A
  • Provide on-call support during critical financial cycles such as month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processing

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support or application support role for finance systems
  • Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing tools
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles such as General Ledger, debits, and credits
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests and priorities effectively

Preferred

  • Experience with Infor SunSystems
  • Experience with Infor EPM
  • Experience in integration management or monitoring data pipelines
  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools such as Infor Q&A
  • Mandarin or Cantonese language skills
  • Experience working within hospitality finance teams
